Kinesiology services
I, John Cloutier, Kinesiologist, provide kinesiology-based exercise instruction, movement education, and physical activity programs designed to support mobility, balance, posture, functional movement, and physical well-being. As a member of the relevant professional order in Quebec, and affiliated across Canada, services are provided within the scope of professional practice.
Exercise instruction is not a substitute for medical care
The information and exercise instruction provided through this website, in person, or online are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
Clients are responsible for informing John Cloutier of relevant health conditions, injuries, limitations, medications, or changes in health that may affect their participation. When appropriate, clients should consult their physician or other healthcare professional before beginning or modifying an exercise program.
Exercises should be performed within the individual's abilities and should be stopped if they cause significant pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Online and Zoom sessions
Online sessions are provided through third-party platforms such as Zoom. Clients are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, appropriate space and equipment, and a safe environment in which to exercise. Online instruction cannot provide the same degree of direct physical observation or assistance as an in-person session.
Session recordings
Zoom sessions are not recorded automatically.
When a client requests or agrees to a recording of a session, the session may be recorded. The recording is provided to that client for their personal use and is not published or otherwise shared publicly without separate explicit permission.
Website information
Information provided on this website is intended for general educational and informational purposes. While reasonable care is taken to ensure that information is accurate and useful, individual exercise needs vary and no particular result or outcome can be guaranteed.
By participating in a program or session, clients acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and agree to participate within their own abilities and limitations.
Acceptance
By using this website or participating in services provided by John Cloutier, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
