About John

John Cloutier teaching mobility, balance and Tai Chi classes in Montréal.

Moving well, at every stage

For more than 25 years, I’ve helped people move with more ease, balance, and confidence. I teach a bilingual, adaptable approach to mobility, from bed-based and seated exercise to standing, stepping, and balance work.

Whether you’re rebuilding strength (and maybe want support doing the exercises your physio gave you), preventing falls, or working with scoliosis, we start where you are and go at your pace.

As someone who loves to move and enjoys working with people, connecting over the benefits of healthy movement is a great joy.
